I'm Beth, and I created this page to share information and resources for women's health, especially around pregnancy and postpartum. I am excited to share all the information I can about the journey of pregnancy and postpartum, both simply from my own journey and from everything I've learned along the way.
This is a very unique journey and it can really be different for every woman, however I am eager to share the things that worked and did not work for me, in the hope that it can assist others as well. Everything from simple fixes to help with that first trimester sickness, to recipes that helped me lose the weight after baby and get in the best shape of my life.
